The conversation around parenting needs to be far more serious than it is so maybe then we will have a smaller amount of idiots procreating and innocent children won't need to deal with the consequences of their poor choices.

So maybe it shouldn't be the system's job to enforce common sense, but they're the ones who claimed they would deny certain names and this shows there are parts of the process or guidelines that might need updating.
