decision not to go ahead with her show amid the writer's strike due to the backlash, others have followed suit within hours.
“The Jennifer Hudson Show” has pushed back its previously-planned premiere date and paused production amid backlash during the writers strike, Variety has learned. The talk show was supposed to premiere its new season tomorrow (Monday, Sept. 18).
And earlier this morning, “The Talk” announced that they would postpone their show as well. “‘The Talk’ is pausing its season premiere scheduled for September 18. We will continue to evaluate plans for a new launch date,” a spokesperson for CBS told Variety in a statement.
Your move now, Bill Maher.
