Honestly, I thought the nonprofit's board was going to make him resign (and they probably did), but seeing him actually resigning and taking responsibility and not saying "If I hurt you" but that he did hurt them.

He's still trash for keeping that friendship, though.

Wouldn't be surprised if they kicked him off but allowed him to tell the press that he made the decision to step down to minimize any and all potentially harmful discourse to the organization.
