Grimes has been trying to get into it with Shivon the Tesla co-worker Elon had twins on twitter, saying she ruined her family, and she's now also said nearly identical things about Amber ruining her family/made a dorky D&D reference and said Amber is chaotic evil. She gets big mad about the other kid's moms.

I feel like that's pretty much guaranteed, given the surrogacy. They also absolutely froze embryos together. My suspicion is he only let her "keep" the kid because it was a daughter.
