Ashton was supposed to pick her up that night, but when he arrived she did not open the door and he "saw spilled wine" through a window and left to go to a party. He did not call the police.
Youtuber 'Growing Up In Scientology' (a former Scientology member) posted that video 7 months ago alleging that that was not really what happened, that Ashton went inside and did see the crime scene, then called Danny Masterson and other people who advised him to not call the police and go to a party pretending nothing happened.
