Paul Walter Hauser was apparently offered the lead role for Quentin Tarantino’s upcoming film ‘The Movie Critic’ prior to the strike.
Tarantino has described the character as being “Travis Bickle if he were a film critic” and “is based on a guy who really lived, but was never really famous, and he used to write movie reviews for a porno rag.”
