Yeah, Idk what he's on about bc Emily was a pretty thankless character to play, and never really written to be likeable (except during the surprise party). We were never meant to root for her and Ross together, and they made her especially awful after the whole wedding mess.

Exactly. Emily was supposed to be antithesis of Rachel so I’m not sure what this guy is getting at with this comparison. Maybe she just didn’t found David’s jokes funny and didn’t laugh. Him, just like Perry and truth be told the entire cast weren’t known in the lots to be the most “friendly” bunch of them all… ironically
