netflix cancelled it because it was too expensive

They don't mind spending $200 million on Red Notice and $130 million on Heart of Stone.

Pretty sure I read Netflix was down for more but Fincher wasn't interested but couldn't handle giving it to someone else.
I'm sure they would've found the money to keep this show around since such a big name was attached to it.
