“Hannah Montana” actor Mitchel Musso was arrested in Texas on Saturday on charges of public intoxication and theft, according to the Rockwall Police Department.
He reportedly appeared intoxicated entered an hotel, selected a bag of chips and began eating them. When asked to pay for the chips, “he became verbally abusive and left without rendering payment. When officers arrived he "demonstrated signs of intoxication"
-He also had several outstanding traffic warrants, was brought to a Detention Center where he was booked in for the charges and released on $1,000 bond late Sunday afternoon
The 32 years old actor played Oliver Oken on “Hannah Montana” from 2006 to 2011.
