I think she maybe was fighting to pay him less money and maybe get sole-custody too. She did have lots going on with her daughters father too,about money and custody.

I think he went to pick up his kid and was beaten by Oliver who claims he started the fight though a Aubry took pictures of his hands to show he didn't throw a punch and said pointed out he was taking to a point on the property without cameras.

It came in the midst of Gabriel stopping them moving to France with their daughter because he had custody and I think tensions were very heightened. He had a TRO against Oliver which I think stopped Oliver seeing the daughter which caused issues and then suddenly it was all settled very quietly when both sides stopped talking/leaking to the press.
