I hate this narrative because when you actually watch or listen to old interviews with her she sounds fine, ~articulate~, age appropriate, and like she has PR training. It feels like a dogwhistle at this point like yes she has a southern accent, that doesn't mean she's brainless and was silenced by her team because she sounds stupid every time she speaks.

When I lived through DC and her whole career, had basic cable in the early 00s, listened to the radio religiously in the 00s, and where is the evidence of this? So many people want to run with this
