Okay, but where is the money going? Like, is the fund going to actually help people, or is it going to go to building, I dunno, the Amazon Hotel and Distribution Center on land that they buy up after the fire and they go "look, we're helping people by creating jobs!"

Maybe they actually are being nice, but I just don't trust him.
