I’ve been using ScarJo’s line The Outset and I’ve been really happy with it. From what I’ve read about silicones they sit on top of skin so things can get trapped underneath.
Thank you. I read a lot about how you shouldn't use it too often and things and it put me off using it. I'll try mixing it in, does it make a difference?
i thought you weren’t supposed to put retinol on unless your face was dry? like i’ve seen people say you should put it on and then wait 20-30 minutes before adding moisturizer, but honestly retinol still confuses me. i had been putting everything else on and then putting retinol on last, but then i read you need to do it first and wait until it dries down and now idk but i don’t want to burn myself again like when i went up a strength too quickly 😭
SUNSCREEN all day everyday ! Been doing this since my late teens and I still get asked if I’ve just graduated from uni by taxi drivers (I’m mid 30s lol)
get some CeraVe face wash and moisturiser and you are good to go. You can add an exfoliator if you want. I love fancy products but nothing can beat great products that have lasted through ages.
Spf is where you should put your coin. Asian and Australian sunscreens are more effective and more pleasant on your face. I forget it is on and it makes my skin feel like velvet.
Yes! CeraVe and moisturizer with retinol has been my skin care routine for a few years now and my skin has looked better than it has ever looked my entire life. Well, except for maybe when I was a child.
