i think we got about 4 episodes into season 1 and took a break and never went back to it but now with season 2 out maybe we'll give it another go

I think when you can kinda binge it that might help counter the slow story development. Though I think season 1 picked up speed a bit towards the end.
I certainly support a second try. Season 2 rewards you with a naked Lee Pace fighting scene!
