Many years ago, this happened to a friend of mine. Docs told her it was from taking birth control and smoking. It really messed with her ability to sit or sleep normally for a while. Blood clots can be very dangerous. I hope Tori Kelly will be ok.

Those two things were my first thought, but I always thought "blood clot" never thought someone could get multiple. It's scary

There's a reason the pill always says very strongly that you can't smoke while taking it. There are major risks.

they can mainly check clots through ultrasound or ct scans
