I feel like those feet are too clean and neat for him. In all his movies the feet closeups are always of dirty feet. I always figured that was his thing.

I think it's more dependent on the situation in the movie. Death Proof was definitely dusty considering the scene as well as Uma dragging herself to the car in Kill Bill, but I think Diane Kruger in Inglorious Basterds was clean? I think Uma may have been barefoot in Pulp Fiction as well, but i don't remember.
