In season 3 of Family Law one of the main characters got really angry that her ex-husband started dating a woman who her kids really like and another character told her she should be happy that her ex is with someone who genuinely cares about her kids because not everyone is that fortunate. So Future is a little bitch for continuing this one sided public feud with a man who clearly loves his kid. Like what more could a parent ask for? I hope this bullshit doesn't affect the kids relationship with Russell.

I’m projecting hard, because I’ve seen this shit first hand. My biodad bounced when I was 8 (after ten years and 3 kids with my mother) and became a ghost. Years later I made an attempt to reconnect and he hit me with “I’m sorry I was never around but your mom married that man and he was out there pretending like he was your dad-“ and I’ve never been more disgusted or more aware of what a pitiful person he was, or more grateful for my stepfather. Imagine staying away from your three children because another man loves and cherishes them. How fucking fragile

I'm so sorry you have to deal with his bullshit. My cousin's ex is the same way and seeing her and her new husband deal with this toxic 38 year old child has been both exhausting and bizarre. My little nephew is only 11 but he already sees his bio-dad for the dick head that he is and it's sad but he lucked out on the stepfather department like you and we're all grateful for that.

Future has a ton of kids by multiple women. I doubt he truly knows how many kids he has or even their own names.

He’s a POS . I know Future jr spends time with him but I doubt it’s quality time. Men like that think spending money on their children is more valuable than love and care. Kids love their parents but as they grow up they remember shit and he will resent his father for his behavior. I’m sure he will probably consider Russ his present dad.
