Kevin Spacey is facing trial in London for sexual assault and has pleaded not guilty to the claims of four accusers.
One of the accusers says that Spacey's inappropriate conduct took place over several years, and the last occasion was in 2004 or 2005, when he was driving the actor to Elton John's party.
Elton John testified remotely from Monaco. He and his husband, David Furnish, support Spacey's testimony that he didn't attend the party in those years.
The accuser said he could be wrong about the year, but not the incident.
While Spacey claims the incidents he's accused of were either fantasy, consensual, or clumsy passes (the old gross "excuse" of being drunk).
