I'm a Coloradan and while I'm proud of some things with my state, I don't want to go back. I've spent the last 8 years with public transport away from a body of water and while I'm miserable, I know it's not because of that. i need my liberal bubble to keep going lmao

I’m in the same position as well as another Southern Californian. The same house model on the same street as my childhood home that my parents bought for $200k is now selling for $700k. It’s a 2-bedroom house ffs!!!

Born and raised in Southern California and I KNOW I wont be able to own a house unless I get super rich because it is so damn unaffordable. If I wasn't lucky enough to have family to live with, I'd be so fucked. I don't even think I can afford to have children at this point and that biological clock is ticking away.
