Yes in general. But the recent examples of Keke and Halle reached out to these guys first🫠

It's pathetic. Like Andre Agassi running home and destroying his trophies because Brooke Shields licked Joey's fingers in that Friends episode. She still married him...but at least they weren't married long. I hope Halle gets away from this guy sooner.

The way Andre Agassi talks about how he felt his life was ending the day he proposed to Brooke Shields in his autobiography is yikes.

Then why the fuck did he propose? Was she pointing a gun at him?

I can't remember the exact details but I think he felt pressure to do the expected thing and marriage was the next step.

It's quite an interesting autobiography to be fair. His dad was terrible.

I can understand that, but it's sad that women always end up suffering the most for shit we have no fault of.

Typical, the dad thing. Horrible men make horrible men. And it makes me so sad.

Side tangent: the surprising thing to me in that anecdote is that it was his own property he destroyed. Typically these abusive assholes are very good at preserving their own shit in their supposedly uncontrollable "look what you made me do" rage and selectively targeting hers. Because they're actually well in control.

Which says to me he knew that targeting his own irreplaceable accomplishments was going to dismay her more. That's how committed he was to being an enormous abusive asshole.
