A lot of things happened in Ugly Betty that would not fly today. That said, I loved her as Alexis. I'm glad that she acknowledges it was unfair and it would not be done that way now.

a lot of the tv stuff from the 90-00s had so many terrible takes. it was handwaved away. i know all past tv is bad, but that is when i grew up. i enjoy the discourse about what belongs in a character. and obv trans actors for trans parts
