Hammer will pay his ex-wife, Elizabeth Chambers, just $1,500 per month in child support for their two kids.
He “does not have the income” to pay more.
$1,500 was a compromise reached by Hammer and Chambers.
Every six months, however, they will each have to submit current financial statements that could give either party the right to request a reassessment on child support payments.
They also agreed to waive spousal support.
They will share joint legal and physical custody of their children: daughter Harper, 8, and son Ford, 6.
Hammer’s mother loaned Chambers $285,000 for her bakery business, but she is freed from any obligation to pay it back.
