The 32 year old SNL star announced that he is taking a break from his popular podcast, Las Culturistas, featuring celebs such as Kelly Clarkson, due to "bad bouts of depersonalization."
For those unfamiliar, the mayo clinic descrives depersonalization as "persistentlyor repeatedly having the feeling that you're observing yourself from outside your body or you have a sense that things around you aren't real, or both."
He promises he will be back soon.
