1. When Carrie says in her book that if it weren't for Big's death she would've files that day in the forgettable pile... ouch for Lily. Also, I can't remember, isn't she Lily's godmother? Yikes. And the book isn't out yet so Charlotte hasn't read that yet. But I doubt they'll do anything about it.
2. Che's reaction to Miranda's suspicion that Brady was suicidal was fucking despicable. Sure, she had a right to be mad at Miranda stupidly sneaking in a phone to the taping, but when the other person says "I think my son may harm himself" you STOP. Recalculate.
3. I find it funny how Miranda is acting exactly like Carrie did around the Russian which Miranda called her out on.
4. Saw a tiny peak for next ep where Miranda calls herself a lesbian currently and straight before (at 35) and I'm not trying to invalidate her IDing as such, but given this show's awful history of bi erasure, it left a bad taste in my mouth.
5. Harry should be used more. And not for dumb "mansplaining" fights.
6. It almost seems like they all forgot how to act and in that process some characters lost their charm, like Charlotte.
7. I know Steve probably either isn't in this season at all or is in very few episodes, but I hate when cast scheduling makes some scenes unrealistic. There's no way he wouldn't be waiting for Brady to get home right there with Miranda, instead of Miranda waiting alone in what has essentially become Steve's house (I'm sure she still owns but it's Steve who lives there now)
9. Carrie struggling to read her book made me emotional.

The show is just garbage.

I agree with all your points except #1. Wasn't it just one of Lily's violin or piano or something recitals? I would not expect one of my parent's friends, or my godparent if i had one, to cherish or remember that forever. Even Lily seems unenthusiastic about it.
2. Che is awful and just needs to go away. What a waste of Sara Ramirez.
3. Miranda is an entirely different character now. They took away her characteristic sensible, responsible nature completely. She decides she's passionate about public interest law and then ditches it completely for a partner she just met? And doesn't give a fuck about cheating? No way.
4. I hadn't seen that before but isn't that also incredibly offensive to non-binary folks? How would Miranda consider herself a lesbian if her partner does not identify as female?
6. Right?! Why is everyone's acting terrible in AJLT? Although I did think SJP did a great job this episode with the podcast storyline. She used to be a terrible crier but her breakdown was really touching. Seeing the words melt on the page was so sad.
8. I like how you skipped 8

that's so selfish. She could play a new character that imitates her own life, but Miranda was a developed character over 6 seasons who was nothing like Cynthia Nixon. How do you just rewrite a whole character.

You're so right about number 4. Once again they're handling sexuality very poorly.
