Yes, that is how infections work. Sometimes you are fine until you aren't.

I had a UTI one time that went from I feel fine to I might be dying so damn fast. Infections can be terrifying.

Same thing happened to Charlbi Dean. She was working out the day before sepsis took her.

Sepsis happens so damn fast. In half an hour, you could be fighting for your life.

Read an account the other day from a woman who didn't show all the symptoms. Only reason she knew something was off was her heart rate went up without cause while she was sitting down. Her Apple watch altered her. Went from 60 bpm to 140-150 in 30 minutes, long enough for her to make it to the hospital.

I was walking around and working tho not feeling my best and the doc told me had I waited another few days, I would have had full blown pneumonia and in the hospital. For the first time in my life I had to be put on an inhaler to help me breathe until it cleared up. I was only like 30! So yea people absolutely can be walking around sick as hell and pushing themselves too hard.
