WOW. I know this is not that big a deal but it is to me lol she has NEVER once told her fans to stop defending her ever. This is like a true shift in the universe. I don’t know what to think.

I’m not saying this in a ~good for her~ way, I’m just shocked.

She's said a couple things this tour that seem to be addressing the psycho fans. Like she talks about how she doesn't care if people listen to the original versions instead of the TV, cuz her stans attack each other over that

Even she seems to realize several of her TVs just can’t touch the originals. They sound like covers done by someone else and aren’t as good.

Her debut rerelease is going to be a hotmess.

I didn’t know she said that, but there are some whispers that she might be gearing up to buy her originals once she puts out all the TVs. I didn’t think she would do that but if she’s already saying she’s fine with people listening to originals…

i think she might too. there's a lot of info that came out about those deals that scooter continues to get up to $50 after the deal, depending how the originals perform, but that's gotta run out sometime (eg up to $10m/year for 5 years, or spread out over 10). i think she'd consider buying when that time is up

on the other hand who knows. she offered $100m less than FMV for the masters last time, and they're probably worth more now. i don't think re-records have devalued them very much if at all, and i don't think she ever intended the TVs to replace the originals because the TVs are so sloppy. red TV is full of glitches and technical errors, she only cares about the vault tracks.

Yeah, I'm surprised too. And the way the first person just stopped recording once they seemed to realize she was calling them out was funny to me lol I definitely think they get off on her being petty bc they want the opportunity to fight over their leader's ~dignity.
