Honestly i could see them talking about it beforehand and her saying 'of course i want kids, but not right now' and him being all supportive like 'whenever you're ready sweetie' then once they're married, his parents start pressuring her and he doesn't stand up to them.

A lot of men will put all their effort into getting married then their personality completely changes after the wedding.
