Despite being out for nearly two months, ‘CITADEL’ hasn’t cracked the Nielsen weekly ratings yet.

Amazon says the show, which has aired the entirety of its first season, “still needs time to grow”.

it is. If were looking for "Amazon Prime content" I wouldn't really think to look at the menu bar. Like, seriously they can't put a special spot on the homepage to direct people to their content? I also remember when you had to download like 3 apps just to watch anything from there.

It has to take the award for worst interface, right? Like Hulu can be pretty bad sometimes but I literally don't know how anyone finds anything on Amazon, the actual interface is hideous, it's never once shown me something I would actually be interested in and no matter what I watch on, it will freeze up and crash. A company worth billions and their interface seems like it's still stuck in the early days when streaming just got started. I will literally search for something on the amazon website, add it to my list and then navigate to "my stuff" on the actual app because it's easier.
