Breaking your wrist is pretty easy. I slipped on ice, fell on my BUTT, and somehow broke one my the tiny bones in my wrist. Didn't even know it for a week after Dr. Google told me those bones are easy to break so I should get an x-ray. Never known anyone to break an elbow though.
I was jk! But, I totally believe that it’s easy to break a wrist, even if you didn’t feel too much of an impact.
Our bodies are so resilient, yet so fragile. I fell a few months ago - to my knees - and I was terrified of knee pain. Very minimal. But, boy has my sciatica been acting up ever since. I even got X-rays done to make sure it wasn’t something else, but nah.. just that making my life hell.
Oh I know you were kidding, just adding the fun fact that it's really easy to break a carpal bone. My doctor said he's seen lots of older patients come in with wrist arthritis, unaware they have an old healed fracture!

It reminds me of snowboarding, people are taught not to use their hands as support when they fall.
