I don't like them either. I also resent how many movies of his are in the Criterion Collection....when those spots could've gone to other films. Lol

I love the TikTok trend of his style but in the hood though

Most of that trend was terrible but the best one I saw was two guys playing playground basketball and they really nailed the quirkiness and humor. It also made it really apparent how poc look great in his saturated palette and Wes should hire those guys for real.
