Update to this post

ICYMI: 2 weeks ago a woman came forward and accused Till Lindeman (Rammstein's lead singer) of spiking her drink at an after party. She was the first one to expose that a female casting director recruits young women on social media for Lindeman and his after parties by promising them places right in front of or next to the ( Read more... )

A German influencer also made a video about her experiences, I haven’t watched it all yet but almost all the comments are supportive of her 🥹

I unfortunately do not understand German, what does she share of her experience? If you don't mind summarizing. :)

She was in the front area with a friend (got the tickets because she is a successful influencer not a huge fan as most people there). The madame Alena invited them to the after party. She was extremely nice and told them it would be fun. They went to the after party and saw celebs and thought "Oh that seems nice, that was a good invitation" and wanted to cue for the Covid test with everyone, but Alena said "You don't need that" and made them stand with a bunch of other young women. Kayla was barely like "Wha.. Why" when the line of girls was walked into a hallway through two doors with securities that were closed behind them. She felt weird as hell. They all had to put their cell phones on a table and she was hesitant and told "Oh just for privacy" and so she did, she didn't know what else to do. Then they entered the room, a tiny silent room with two fridges and two sofas. Just young women. 8 girls sat on the sofas looking out of it, She says it was barely a minute from thinking she'd soon get into the actual party to standing in this ( ... )

I mean I don’t want him to abuse sex workers either.

Nobody wants that either but these allegations likely would have surfaced earlier/the police would have been notified earlier if it had been sex workers that were victimized since the industry is a) legal in Germany and b) pretty regulated so there would have been some oversight and recourse for the victims unlike this scheme to target, victimize and rape young women who understandably are scared to come forward

Idk, legalization in Germany is pretty widely regarded as a massive failure by anti-human trafficking groups and such. There are huge problems and few protections. So in a way, I wouldn’t be surprised if he had abused plenty of sex workers too. He doesn’t seem the type to be satisfied only terrorizing his own fans.

Yep. I would never defend prostitution. (Legalize only the victims like Sweden/France) Still if TL just wanted sex for his sex addiction or whatever it would be an option open to him - as it is legal and existent. What he wants is apparently to surprise unsuspecting random women. And when I say surprise, I obviously mean rape.

And use his power to do it

I wish you were right :/

Especially now that they introduced bogus law for the "protection" of sex workers. They have to go to a local authority, register as a sex worker and then get an ID card that shows they’re a sex worker (colloquially this is called the whore id). Many don’t want to register bc it’s not clear how the data is handled and who has access to it. Now, if there’s violence against a sex worker who’s not on the registry, they’re reluctant to report it bc they might get in trouble for doing sex work illegally.

The regulations around sex work are trying to make sex work seem like any other profession but that’s just not true.
Germany seems progressive to outsiders but is very backwards in many ways, we didn’t even have a "No means No" law until 2016.

- they both left the room and the director told them they have to leave the party altogether, now just the private one but also the official after party. They still went to the official party because they were under shock and tried to find a place to calm down ( ... )

thank you. Yeah that seems to be in line with what other women have told, I'm glad her and the two other girls left the situation. It must have been confusing and scary, and the way that on girl said she might not have been able to leave had Kayla not been there just highlights the power imbalances at play.
I'm glad she chose to speak of her experiences, but damn. I can't imagine how many others are out there.
