Tik tok user "theservicespaniel" has a made a video accusing actress Sydney Sweeney of putting a fake service animal vest around her dog so she can take it wherever she wants. This is a common and despicable thing to do as it takes away trust and options for people who really do need service dogs

This applies to all businesses and government establishments. The ACAA covers airplanes specifically; airlines can ask you to fill out a form attesting to your animal being a service animal but they also can't require any kind of certification.
