i feel like akinnuoye-agbaje quitting and the showrunner wanting to punish his decision to quit with a lynching and genital mutilation death scene should prob be bolded even if they didnt actually put that in the show. the fact that the showrunners first thought was wanting that for the death scene ummm????

I think it's partly reference to HBO show OZ? Adewale played Simon Adebisi on OZ, and in first season they had a character who was killed, had his dick cut off and put in his throat. But still, what a horrible thing to say.
