I feel so bad for secretly thinking Juliette is the reason the writing has been bad this season, i'm glad someone else feels that way. People have been so hard on the writers, but she threw a public tantrum forcing them to stray from their initial plan to make her happy. That sucks. That must have been so difficult. They basically abandoned the entire Travis plot for her then people complain he wasn't in her crossing over airplane sequence. If i was him, i wouldn't have wanted to either honestly.
The start of the rumours about her being unhappy are from this vulture interview: I don't have time to look through it right now, sorry. Me saying public tantrum was probably unfair, but i've been feeling defensive for the writers the last few days as a writer myself. You work really hard on something for months or years then get it torn apart publicly. I wish she had spoken up when she read the script originally and given them the chance to fix things instead

During season 1 press, there were so many interviews where the other adult actors were so excited for the show and Juliette was just like shrug or she would say the show is great, but Natalie isn't and the other ladies seemed uncomfortable.
That was such a nasty thing to do in public! I get she's unhappy about Natalie's story focusing too much on Travis (and I totally agree actually, specially young Nat), but doing this to the other actresses is just ugly.

I think the writers merit a little grace in that they had to rework things to accommodate JL's departure.
It's not like they just wrote themselves off a cliff ala LOST

I can't help but think she had been complaining to the cast because Tawny Cypress was like, "I just want to say, girl, stop."
And it must have made her more upset because she walked off stage immediately.
