Christopher Nolan directs Cillian Murphy and a cast of thousands in this historical drama about the development of the atomic bomb and all the espionage and personal and political recriminations surrounding it. The trailers thus far are exclusively about the bomb and don't highlight, for instance, all of the drama about Oppenheimer's ties to the Communist Party (through both his wife and his mistress).

I will be very interested to see how this film does at the box office, because it's hard to build an audience for this sort of historical drama now when there's no action component to build the marketing around (as was the case with Dunkirk).
