It does but she probably cried about her kids needing her and they thought that was fair because it's a white woman.

She deserves six for the false report, plus another six for targeting two innocent people. And while we’re at it, another six just for being a mommy influencer. Sociopath.

ummm wtf?? im glad she was convicted but i feel like she should be also charged with a hate crime.

and were the videos she posted just herself talking? why would she even need to file police reports? why not just lie without officially filing shit? or was she afraid her followers would go i hope you filed a police report, why didnt you file, googled if she filed or not, etc?

She had a long, totally false story on her social media about how the couple tried to take her stroller (with the kids) and this elderly man interfered etc. But all she told the police was that the couple was suspiciously following her out of Michael's, and she just wanted to "raise awareness." Then she went back to her social media to complain about how the police were not taking this seriously enough. Later, she returned and told the police she wanted the couple prosecuted.

I think the story was blowing up, she was loving the social media fame, and she decided to double down. Seriously, the SECOND the police pulled up an image of the couple from the CCTV ast Michaels, she should have known that the store footage would not corroborate her story. I guarantee that she assumed the couple was undocumented and therefore would not seek out the police or publicity themselves. Oops - she fucked around and found out.

wtffff i mean of course the average retail store has cameras. why the fuck would she lie to that level knowing that cameras are around? to go back to the police/call out the police like that? absolutely disgusting. shit man it needs to be punished as a hate crime cuz no way she'd be making up the story in the first place if they werent brown.

these white women who are trying to "raise awareness" about the signs of human trafficking are always idiots and completely wrong about who is actually at risk.
