And why the hell not? This is not that different from asking Cate Blanchett, Meryl and others how they feel about Polanski and Woody Allen's crimes. Granted, the movie was filmed before news about Ezra's latest abuse allegations came to light but still, as a journalist i would want to ask where their co-stars stand on the issue. I do agree that it's not fair to put them in the hot seat but blame WB for deciding to move forward with the release. WB don't get to control the narrative by removing Ezra from the press tour and since studio execs are not the ones being interviewed, that leaves us with actors chiming in. Michael could have declined to comment. Instead he decided to share his two cents and here we are...
