Can't wait to see these two movies!

Fandom, at least on Tumblr, has been super quiet lately. And less fics are being updated than there were even last fall. Harder to find content for my fic recommendations posts that's more current.

I remember back in the day going to SailorJupiter.com and reading those fics.

There was a Sailor Wars and Dark Mercury one that were PERFECTION.

The quiet is a little weird because they're still pumping out new merch and reprints and making the 90's anime more accessible than ever. I assume people are, ironically, having a moment of burn out from keeping up?

It seems like a lot of younger people are joining the fandom, 16-24ish, and they are the ones driving a lot of the writing at least these days. Millenials do seem to be burnt out. This is based on my limited sample size of couple of discord servers and few people I talk to on Tumblr.
