Did he tho? Genuinely asking bc I fail to see how funny he is, always thought he was by far the least funny Friend. I know Chandler is a fan fave bc annoying people with self-esteem issues
love to say they're "a Chandler" but to me he pales in comparison to the other five. He's got amusing observations but funny? I never once laughed at a Chandler joke and I'm a fucking pothead, it takes very little to make me laugh.

her traits became too much a part of her character, same with Joey. they made him stupider every season.

Chandler was 100% the best

Yeah, that reason being that people want to believe they're smarter and far more interesting than they actually are lol not saying that's you btw just that the dumbest, most boring people I've ever met always see themselves as Chandlers.

Yep, the consensus was that Chandler was the funniest Friend back when it was still airing. Not sure what the overall take is now though

I feel called out lol cuz I related to chandler a lot. The whole self sabotage stuff and making feelings with jokes. Acting wise, I think they all held their own though I like phoebe the least. I just think she was mean spirited. My favorite is Rachel and chandler. I love Ross when he's treated as a friend to others but terrible as a love interest.

In terms of acting, I think Matthew perry a decent actor. Ibe watched his Go On show and Odd Couple and i like em both. I haven't seen phoenix acting so I can't say he holds his own. Over all, this incident really soured him to me. Of all the people, he picked on Keanu who has done nothing to him.
