Thanks! So he's randomly visiting the Air Force and signing a random bomb, weird. I was asking because I've donated money towards a Bayraktar in Ukraine and I don't think there's anything morally wrong in that.

It's almost certain that the bomb is deactivated and/or not functional, no one just parades live bombs around like that because that's a safety hazard and it's not allowed, much less around civilians. 🙄
