Keanu recently gave some insight into his romance with Alexandra when asked about the last time he felt bliss. "A couple of days ago with my honey," he recently told People. "We were in bed. We were connected. We were smiling and laughing and giggling. Feeling great. It was just really nice to be together."
It's not clear when Keanu and Alexandra exactly began dating, but her friend Jennifer Tilly did say in February 2020 that the pair have been together for a couple of years.
