VPR UPDATE: Scandoval News - Podcasts for Everyone!
Unless you've been employed, having a fulfilling life, spending your time wisely living under a rock, some entertaining shit has been going down in the VPR universe this past week: Both of the Toms gave separate extremely embarrassing first-time interviews since the scandal broke, Andy Cohen and Howie Mandell came for each other's shows, the timeline of the affair, and Ariana might be dancing with The Mouse. I've linked and timestamped most of these and for those that aren't, watch the whole video if you can. Or don't, you're probably better off.
Last week, Tom Schwartz was on WWHL and gave a cringe-worthy interview that screamed PR training needed wherein he admits that he's known about the affair since August but excuses it as "just a one-night stand" and claims that he's really only known since Jan. when Scumdoval "told me that he's in love with Rachel." To the shock of Andy, the audience, and Bravo superfan John Owen Lowe (nepobaby of Rob Lowe), he digs the hole deeper by saying everyone knew it was an open secret:
Schwartz continues saying too much by using heroin as a metaphor for how addicted Tom is to Rachel, pleading with the public to give Tom a hug if you see him on the street, and burning every little last remaining bit of bridge he had with Katie (if that even existed at this point):

This week, Scumdoval made the the greatest PR move ever by going on Howie Mandel's podcast to give his first interview since news of Scandoval broke. By all accounts it was one of the most hilariously awful and badly lit interviews in the history of podcasts. Howie sets the tone at the very beginning by being completely ignorant of who Tom is, what VPR is, and clearly doesn't care about any of this - Old Man Yells @ Cloud. That vibe continues throughout the interview as he vacuously hoovers Tom's lies.

Tom offers further proof that he's a giant narcissistic POS by his admission of using therapy as a manipulation tactic to break up with Ariana, then claiming that he and Ariana "had been broken up for a while" and that she was just "refusing to accept it." Why was Dollarstore Freddie Mercury Barbie on Grandpa Joe's podcast? Family friend and podcast Producer/SVP of Howie's production company Kimmy Bader is married to Jason Bader, Tom's new BFF and drummer of his "cover band."
The night Howie's podcast airs, Andy names Howie the JackHole of the Day on WWHL for not doing his research. The next day on Andy's radio show he goes further, saying "neither Tom nor Howie did themselves any favours":
Howie gets defensive over his interview and the backlash he received on it by going on some show of George Dubya's cousin to yell at more clouds: [(watch if you care)]
[So what IS the timeline...??]Scheana and Brock went on her BFF's first podcast episode where it's revealed they have pics/video proof of Scumdoval making out with Rachel at Scheana's wedding, which is also around the same time they reportedly went went missing:
Peter Madrigal had a chaotic impromptu interview with Nick Viall where he shares what makes him think that Scandoval has been happening for way longer than the projected 7-8 month timeline - possibly as long back as 2021:
When Peter leaves, the group discusses what they just experienced (@ 1:51:00) and well...
