So Ritchie is saying he didn't credit the person he might've taken the story from because he allegedly couldn't reach them? What a bunch of bullshit, if you didn't write it all alone you credit the source and try harder to reach them. If the guy managed to reach Ritchie someone didn't try that hard to get a hold of the other...

Umm... being unable to reach someone (i doubt they tried hard) doesn't nullify their intellectual property rights. You still have to credit them for shit they did
