I like how reviews for Renfield are all over the place, including at least one calling it the worst vampire movie ever.

Well, they clearly never saw the Cirque Du Freak adaptation if they think THIS is the worst.

Worst vampire movie? Clearly this reviewer has lived under a rock and never seen Dracula 2000.

you leave that perfect film's name out of your mouth!

vitamin c, hot gerard butler, saying dracula was actually judas, what more could you want?

Leave Bram Stocker's Virgin Megastore alone!

I have now seen Renfield and while it wasn't amazing (Awkwafina was very miscast and there were some huge leaps in logic for a movie that was 50% fight scenes just for the sake of being gory for laughs), it was better than Dracula 2000, which itself is better (because Gerard Butler just went all in, at least in his bonkers audition tape) than the seminal disaster that is... Dracula: Dead and Loving It.

i saw it last night and i give it a 6.5/10.

Yeah, Nicolas Cage knew what movie he was in, but Awkwafina was out of place, and there were some HUGE leaps in logic. But it was not the worst vampire movie of all time. I posted my thoughts on that above.

It was campy and entertaining! Saw it as a double-feature last night with Cocaine Bear that was so mf boring.
