I don't know who did the copying. Spin City was on from 1996 to 2002 and Friends was on from 1994 to 2004 so there's overlap.

Yikes on bikes, I just don’t trust Prime to pull this off. Low budget with gratuitous sex scenes, and corny dialogue trying to appeal to the youths.
