didn't SD & HMC have a falling out when Shannen was diagnosed with cancer? I wonder if they were able to patch things up

Yes, over what though? Only speculation.

They did fall out. Shannen even addressed it on Instagram, it was quite emotional

Apparently they are just cordial/friendly right now. But not as close as they used to be

She never outright addressed her falling out with Holly?

From what I remember Shannen posted that her cancer diagnosis had really shown her who her true friends were, that she was really hurt by being told by one ‘friend’ that she wasn’t any fun since getting sick .

She never named Holly, but a lot of people assumed that that’s who she was referring too as they had unfollowed one another on social media and seemingly cut one another off shortly after Shannen’s diagnosis

"she was really hurt by being told by one ‘friend’ that she wasn’t any fun since getting sick"

That'll do it! I fell out with a "friend" who said the same to me but re: mental illness. We reconciled and she very indirectly apologized a few years later but I never forgot it, its a very character-underlining thing to say to a supposed friend in a vulnerable state.

I'm sorry you had to deal with that.

I basically lost all of my friends when I became disabled and couldn't go to places with, like, stairs. Nobody outright said it (all of my friends are in activist circles so they would never dare) but I stopped getting invites for even coffee. It's a bummer.

+ mental illness on top of that, it was a very isolating time for me. People suck.

I'M so sorry you went through that.

As someone without physical disability I try to vocally point out to businesses and event organizers when their spaces are not accessible and they need to do something about that yesterday and be better.

That really sucks and your friends are shitty fakes.
