It's Safe to say PlayStation has no quality control for their PC ports.

The PC port for 'The Last of Us: Part 1' is apparently a mess with numerous glitches being reported. The port comes from Iron Galaxy who are known for the infamous Arkham Knight PC port years ago. Naughty Dog has said they will be releasing patches to fix it.
