i still stand that michael cera was always and still is a horrible casting choice

i didn't mind him as scott, but i never felt like he and MEW were well-casted

Yes. I came in here to say this exact thing.

I think it's implied that a fair amount of the reason Scott's able to land all these cool women despite being a pathetic loser is because he's kinda cute and excitable and charming. Michael Cera is none of those and if he could have pulled it off, he didn't here. He was just the in dorky guy at the time.

No you’re right and I thought the same thing as soon as I posted the comment lol. But he deserved the bigger part dang it. He should’ve just played both
