Fun fact: that line isn't scripted. Robin fell in that scene for real and keeps repeating "we're okay/we're fine/shut up" so they wouldn't cut. You can see Hank Izaria and the actor who plays the son disguising laughter with exaggerated, fake sobs and wine chugging. I think Agador was supposed to add the shrimp which led to the line.

This all just makes me love this scene/film even more.

I often wonder how much was improvised. The director asked for 2-3 good takes as scripted & then allowed Williams & Lane to do whatever in the scene.

I like the scene with "I never realized John Wayne walked like that."
