-With DC entering its new 'Dawn of DC' era, they are shaking up several creative teams and as such Wonder Woman will be taken over by A-list comic writer Tom King (who is also part of James Gunns DC studio creative team) and a-list artist Daniel Sampere.
-While King was hesitant to take on the character as many see WW as the hardest character to crack, he ultimately took it on as his daughter is a big WW fan and he wants to give her strong WW stories to read.
-The new team will debut in WW #800 before taking fully taking over in September with an all new #1
-James Gunn has once again stated he is attempting to get an animated WW series off the ground
